The Management Team

“Releasing the Full Potential of the Management Team” was the subject of the twenty-fourth National Business Conference held at the Harvard Business School. The seven aspects of management discussed are Effective Delegation and Control by the Sales Executive, the Controller, the General Manager, in Financial Institutions, and Sharpening Your Own Ability to Delegate and Control, and the Problem in Smaller Businesses. Among the contributors to this outstanding business book are General Lucius D. Clay, Elmer L. Lindseth, and Theodore O. Yntema. Together the authors show us how to tap hidden resources—in ourselves and in others—and also how to combine these resources by putting proper perspective on the different problems.
