Ο Ελληνισμός στη Ρωσία και στις άλλες χώρες της τ. ΕΣΣΔ (διδακτορική διατριβή)

ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ

Στόχοι της διατριβής είναι:

(1) να εξετάσει τις εγκαταστάσεις των Ελλήνων στη Ρωσία από την Άλωση μέχρι το 1922, την πορεία τους στη Ρωσία/ΕΣΣΔ, ιδιαιτέρως δε τις κρίσεις κατά την ύστερη Περεστρόϊκα & μετά τη διάλυση της ΕΣΣΔ το 1991 & τις επιπτώσεις τους επί των ομογενών,

(2) να ερευνήσει την προσπάθεια διαμόρφωσης ελληνικής πολιτικής & στρατηγικής υπέρ τους, καθώς & τις ελληνικές παρεμβάσεις & μέτρα, κι αν αυτές συνέβαλαν στη βελτίωση της κατάστασης & των προοπτικών των ομογενών & των ευρύτερων ελληνικών συμφερόντων.

Dionyssios Kalamvrezos was Ambassador of GR to Belgium (2019-2023) & Deputy Permanent Representative at the Permanent Mission of GR to the UN (2016-2019). He served as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of GR in Beijing (2011-14), at the Permanent Representation of GR to the EU/ Brussels (2006-11), at the Permanent Mission of GR to the UN (1998-2002) & at the Embassy of GR in Moscow (1992-7).

During temporary assignments to the Embassies of GR in Tbilisi (1993) & Nicosia (1997) he dealt with issues of GR Diaspora, migrants & refugees. While at the Headquarters (2014-16, 2002-06, 1990-92), he served at the Directorates for Balkan issues, North America, UN & other international organizations, & Economic Relations with Western & other states.

Ambassador Kalamvrezos holds a Ph. D. from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens [NKUA], a LLM from LSE, a Master’s from Uni. of Paris II & a Law Degree from NKUA. He is author of various history & literature books & articles.
